The choice of sites with due consideration had occasioned Hapete to establish itself since 1945 begining in Surabaya at Karet Street which was a commercial center in Surabaya Hapete conducted its first expansion in 1975 by building a factory at Kemlaten Street.

In 1994 Hapete built a second factory which is much bigger at Margomulyo Indah Street Surabaya with greater facilities and supply for production activity and management. The site of this factory is in industrial region. The biggest in Surabaya city Indonesia. It is used as head office of all Hapete activity as well as its management, admistration or production.
